Business Analysis Director

Location: USA - New York City, NY. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Compensation: $165,400.00–$295,600.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business performance and operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, cost position, and productivity.
• Build business cases, savings pipelines, benefit-tracking methodologies, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Structure complex business problems using data, research, financial analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Develop executive presentations and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead high-priority programs and multiple workstreams from concept through execution and operationalization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while supporting talent development and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, operational excellence, strategy, management consulting, analytics, or finance leadership.
• Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and managing stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience in software, SaaS, information services, or shared services environments.
• Experience with cost optimization, productivity, business performance, analytics, automation, or digital capabilities.
