Business Analysis Advisor – C&IB Business Technology Servicing

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Research, collect, interpret, and document complex business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, procedures, workflows, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Translate stakeholder and business needs into technology and process solutions.
• Lead business analysis project activities, including planning, quality assurance, deployment, and effectiveness assessment.
• Develop and distribute complex reports while partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Mentor and coach associates and maintain policy and procedure documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of business needs analysis, business processes, data analytics, decision-making, management reporting, and prioritization.
• Experience with requirements analysis, business process modeling, consulting, project management, problem solving, and process management.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC practices, application enhancements, or continuous improvement initiatives.
