Product Manager II - EASI Link

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, US

Salary: $87,027–$138,965 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support assigned banking products and product lines from development through marketplace implementation.
• Analyze product performance, profitability, competitiveness, and accountability using SQL queries and data visualization tools.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement through market, competitor, client, and internal analysis.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations on pricing, product strategy, profitability, risk, and market issues to bank management.
• Develop product documentation, marketing materials, and training seminars for colleagues.
• Manage product activities related to acquisition conversions, including product mapping, analysis, order checks, and customer package support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant banking product management experience.
• At least 3 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing medium to large projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Business Objects.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL queries and banking regulations.
