Product Manager - Personal Wealth Growth (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, plus potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Develop product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Personal Wealth growth.
• Build digital rollover and client conversion experiences connecting workplace retirement planning with personal wealth solutions.
• Optimize customer conversion funnels by analyzing engagement, progression, behavior, and performance data.
• Use customer research, usability testing, market research, behavioral data, and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses.
• Define product requirements, dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, research, compliance, and legal partners while influencing senior leaders and driving product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading major digital direct-to-consumer products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and research teams.
• Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with compliance and legal partners in a highly regulated industry.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including pre- and post-launch execution.
• Fintech or financial services experience.
• Experience optimizing digital acquisition, conversion, or growth funnels.
• Knowledge of retirement, wealth management, rollover, brokerage, or related financial products.
