Product Owner II (Fintech)

Location: In-office role based in Miamisburg, OH, Cleveland, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and manage product enhancements for the Enterprise Testing organization.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, Agile delivery teams, sales, marketing, and digital channel teams.
• Lead the design, development, promotion, rollout, and performance monitoring of less complex products and initiatives.
• Analyze product, technology, market, and third-party requirements to develop innovative features and business cases.
• Support risk management, compliance, audit activities, customer-focused quality assessments, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with product management, product development, customer solutions, business objectives, marketing, or sales.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and design-thinking skills.
• Must work in the office in Miamisburg, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.
