Senior Product Manager, Home Improvement (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the downtown San Francisco office, with onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Salary: USD $180,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for the Home Improvement Loan business.
• Optimize conversion funnels, underwriting, servicing, and merchant- and customer-facing experiences.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Drive partner integrations and monetization opportunities through APIs with external fintech partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Sales, Design, Marketing, and other partners on roadmap execution.
• Use customer insights, market analysis, competitive research, and data to prioritize requirements and grow market share.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of driving KPIs through user-centered product development.
• Experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures, data analytics platforms, A/B testing, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree is a plus.
• Product delivery experience in consumer finance, lending platforms, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations, underwriting, and credit risk principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience aligning cross-functional teams.
