Installments Product Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States. Workplace type: Office.

Salary: $63,000–$124,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage installment card products to support account acquisition, activation, usage, growth, and retention.
• Build product and industry knowledge, including consumer preferences and profitability trends.
• Conduct market and competitive research and partner with stakeholders to gather consumer feedback for new card ideas.
• Create clear, comprehensive business requirements with technical and business partners.
• Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, recommend product enhancements, and drive issue remediation.
• Monitor product KPIs, support operational communications and training materials, and maintain effective risk and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus four additional years of credit card oversight experience.
• At least five years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Experience with financial products, process-focused work, and critical analysis of risks and remediation options.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
