Sr. Planner, Americas Planning (Retail)

Location: Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule with Mondays and Fridays generally available to work from anywhere, plus six work-from-anywhere weeks per year.

What you will do

• Manage 9–12-month rolling plans versus performance across regional, business group, department, and channel levels.
• Own open-to-buy files, weekly reporting, item plans, and higher-level plan reconciliation.
• Develop actions to maintain plan and margin targets, including recommending kitty spend.
• Order and allocate inventory and execute replenishment processes.
• Make transportation, outlet, aged inventory, SKU count, and promotional decisions based on performance analysis.
• Track wholesale and franchise performance and collaborate with buying teams and channel partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in retail or wholesale planning.
• Hands-on experience managing open-to-buy, allocation, and replenishment execution.
• Proficiency with planning systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to build accurate, well-organized financial models and identify inventory performance trends.
• Execution-focused approach with the ability to proactively escalate deviations.
• Ability to work effectively with buying teams and channel partners.
