Supply Chain Emerging Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, USA; the role is based at the Columbus Operating Center and may require future relocation.

Salary: $68,000–$71,000 annual base salary for business non-technical degrees; $77,000–$85,000 for technical or engineering degrees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management completed or expected by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility regarding work location and openness to relocation immediately or in the future.
