Inside Sales Administrator (Aerospace)

Location: Jurupa Valley, California, United States; onsite office and occasional shop work

Salary: $25.51–$32.33 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints, and inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist with quotes, orders, returns, credit and debit memos, replacements, and cancellations.
• Track order status through the shop floor and maintain product, pricing, delivery, drop-ship, and order information.
• Use the ERP system and NetSuite to record customer feedback, process daily transactions, and file and scan documents.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and other departments on nonconformances, claims, returns, and office operations.
• Perform light receptionist duties and recommend improvements to products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years of general office experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn customized software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, writing, customer service, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid California driver's license and an insured vehicle in good working order.
• Must be able to work onsite in Jurupa Valley and occasionally in shop conditions; weekend and holiday work may be required with advance notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Some college education.
