What you will do

• Support whole-goods and aftermarket sales through order entry and validation.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments about product specifications, scheduling, quality, pricing, and order details.
• Analyze problems, evaluate customer requirements, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis to maintain data integrity and efficient order throughput.
• Conduct chassis audits, coordinate chassis MSOs, and support recall program notifications.

Requirements

• Associate degree with at least three years of administrative work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
