What you will do

• Oversee financial activities and maintain the integrity of accounting and financial systems.
• Support monthly and year-end closing, account reconciliations, audits, financial statements, and management reporting.
• Prepare monthly results, rolling P&L forecasts, annual operating plans, and financial analyses for capital investments and statutory meetings.
• Manage standard cost planning, cost allocations, stock-taking, overdue processes, investments, construction-in-process, and tooling projects.
• Coordinate receivables and payables with commercial, production, and engineering teams, including operations based in Mexico.
• Explain financial concepts, provide training, and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of standard cost accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with QAD or Manufacturing Pro.
• Professional-level English language skills.
