Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support divisional finance, project management, and operations with analyses of project performance, product-line profitability, capacity, and utilization.
• Assist with annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, financial models, and business-partner inputs.
• Participate in month-end close activities, reconciliations, revenue recognition reviews under ASC 606, and financial reporting.
• Prepare recurring KPI and business-metric reports, investigate variances, and provide financial insights to management.
• Maintain and improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting models, financial systems, and data-validation processes.
• Support strategic growth, financial stability, business-plan execution, and ad hoc finance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–4 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or systems integration.
• Strong Excel, data extraction, financial analysis, and management reporting skills.
• Experience or familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, influence business changes, and apply strategic thinking.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify. Travel is expected at 10%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, CPA, or MBA.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, foreign currency, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Experience in a manufacturing or integration environment.
