Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; onsite at the Wilmington office

Salary: $110,544–$172,725 annual base pay; annual bonus target: 11%

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate impacts to finance leadership.
• Analyze actual cash performance against forecasts, explain variances, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor working capital drivers, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with Treasury and cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial visibility, accountability, and operational performance.
• Prepare scenario analyses and refine, simplify, and automate financial data and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business finance, accounting, or strategic financial experience.
• Experience owning enterprise cash forecasting and liquidity planning processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and non-GAAP KPIs, including adjusted EBITDA, free cash flow, and adjusted net income.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SAP, SAP Analytics for Microsoft Office, SAP PCA, SAP FI, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN sponsorship, is not available.
