Operations Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Location: Roseburg, Oregon, USA; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $24.00+ per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2.00 shift differential

What you will do

• Lead operational and administrative activities for a major warehouse department during the second shift.
• Train, develop, direct, and support hourly associates.
• Serve as the department contact for production systems issues and questions.
• Monitor quality and productivity standards and recommend solutions to operational problems.
• Plan and coordinate workflow with other departments to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support policy administration, payroll activities, customer commitments, and deadline management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC-based applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• At least 6 months of work involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, typing, and other physical warehouse activities.
• Must work onsite in Roseburg, Oregon, on the Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM schedule; overtime may be required.
