Material Handler IV Lead (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, United States; onsite day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule

Salary: $24.00–$34.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support the warehouse supervisor and serve as the primary contact for warehouse team members.
• Coordinate team meetings, priorities, scheduling, and day-to-day warehouse and production activities.
• Order, receive, release, store, and dispense materials according to work orders and SOPs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP, investigate discrepancies, and serve as the team’s SAP subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Support hazardous-material handling, spill control, first aid response, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse machinery.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, work at heights up to 20 feet, operate vehicles and moving machinery, and use chemicals while wearing PPE.
• Ability to read computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret normal conversational sounds.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Forklift operation certification.
