Material Handler IV, Lead (Biomanufacturing)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift

Salary: $24.00–$34.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily warehouse, inventory, and materials operations within a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Guide warehouse personnel on SOPs, control documents, work instructions, and operational priorities.
• Order, receive, release, store, and dispense materials and supplies according to work orders and SOPs.
• Track inventory in SAP, serve as the team’s SAP subject matter expert, conduct physical counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee safety initiatives, inspections, hazardous-material handling, spill control, and first-aid response.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational trends, coordinate schedules, and support process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., including off-shift or on-call support as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, work at heights up to 20 feet, operate vehicles and moving machinery, and use chemicals and PPE.
• Ability to read computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret normal conversational sounds.

Nice to have

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Forklift-operation certification.
