Vice President, FP&A (AI)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Build integrated financial models covering revenue, margins, operating expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, cash flow, and balance-sheet metrics.
• Provide performance analysis and decision support on KPIs, customer economics, pricing, retention, CAC, LTV, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Support the CFO and CEO with board, investor, private equity sponsor, lender, M&A, refinancing, and transaction analysis.
• Modernize FP&A systems, data, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled forecasting and scenario modeling while maintaining controls and human oversight.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing FP&A team and strengthen financial partnering across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; an MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Progressive finance experience with senior responsibility for enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive decision support.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments, preferably within a private equity-owned or highly leveraged organization.
• Strong command of three-statement modeling, cash flow, liquidity, working capital, leverage, and debt analysis.
• Experience supporting boards, investors, lenders, senior leaders, and financial-system or FP&A transformation initiatives.
• Background with planning platforms, BI tools, data environments, automation, AI applications, and cross-functional financial leadership.

Nice to have

• Private equity experience involving value-creation plans, sponsor reporting, cash and leverage management, and transaction analysis.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification.
