VP, Finance

Location: Brooklyn, NY headquarters; office attendance is required Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Fridays according to company policy.

Base salary: $238,400–$275,000 per year, plus potential equity compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the FP&A team and partner with business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Redesign enterprise planning and reporting processes, manage rolling forecasts, and establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cadences.
• Develop long-range plans, evaluate strategic initiatives, and build complex financial models covering revenue growth, costs, and capital investments.
• Partner with the CFO on external guidance, corporate financing activities, board recommendations, and funding decisions.
• Support SEC filings, lender reporting, auditor liquidity analysis, and financial compliance certifications.
• Improve financial reporting, operating metrics, planning systems, and analytics capabilities, including the use of company data and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience in finance and strategic analysis within an ecommerce brand, apparel retailer, or consumer products company.
• Experience leading, building, and managing a high-performing team.
• Advanced financial analysis and financial modeling skills with the ability to apply analysis to business decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentorship, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
