Lead FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly ARR roll-forwards, including new business, expansion, contraction, churn, NRR, and GRR.
• Own the ARR-to-GL bridge and reconcile ARR, bookings, billings, deferred revenue, and recognized revenue.
• Build revenue forecasts, track forecast accuracy, and support monthly close activities with accruals and variance analysis.
• Query and validate recurring revenue data across Snowflake, CRM, billing, ERP, and planning systems.
• Build BI dashboards and reduce manual spreadsheet adjustments through reporting automation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Accounting on retention, pricing, packaging, and pipeline-to-ARR analysis.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or a comparable analytical function, including SaaS or subscription business experience.
• Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, billings, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and experience reconciling data across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience querying a cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake.
• Experience building executive-facing BI dashboards and automating recurring reporting processes.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive, ASC 606, and board reporting, external audit, financing, or diligence processes.
