Curriculum & Learning Design Associate (EdTech)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Format and prepare instructional materials for publication according to templates, branding, and design standards.
• Copyedit and proofread curriculum materials for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Support instructional designers and curriculum leads in creating and revising curriculum resources.
• Conduct QA reviews of curriculum materials and LMS courses before release, including WCAG 2.2 accessibility checks.
• Build, update, format, and migrate courses across Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Schoology, and Google Classroom.
• Maintain organized curriculum files, track versions, support distribution, and apply feedback across materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in education, instructional design, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing, editing, formatting, or implementing instructional materials.
• Experience with one or more LMS platforms, including Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Blackboard, Schoology, or Google Classroom.
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, organizational, and asset-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards or willingness to develop expertise.
• Comfort learning new technologies in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
