Senior Learning Program Manager (EdTech)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with required Tuesday–Thursday attendance at the Lower Manhattan office. Includes 15 work-from-anywhere days.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee content development projects, refine existing programs, and manage the launch of new programs.
• Lead curriculum developers and subject matter experts in creating educational content.
• Establish quality control processes to maintain accuracy and relevance across programs.
• Experiment with learning modalities such as skills labs and simulations.
• Analyze program performance, learner engagement, and outcomes to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an EdTech environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end content development and breaking down complex technical concepts into digestible elements.
• Experience with instructional design, preferably for online or virtual learning.
• Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners’ needs.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment requiring adaptability and resilience.

Nice to have

• Experience with allied healthcare education programs.
• Experience working with or leading curriculum developers.
• Additional EdTech experience.
