Salary: $77,600–$87,300 USD annually in the United States; $104,862–$117,969 CAD annually in Canada.

What you will do

• Author standards-aligned bilingual learning activities and assessment items in English and Spanish for PreK through 2nd grade.
• Map content coverage across the hirify.global Kids library and create crosswalks between practice activities and assessments.
• Revise assessments using direct child assessment data and psychometric analyses.
• Author and test new assessment items with children and educators in classroom settings.
• Learn and improve content-authoring infrastructure, structured workflows, audio-generation processes, and quality assurance with product, engineering, and creative teams.
• Review new and existing content editorially in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience developing educational content or teaching, preferably with preschool through second-grade children.
• Full professional fluency and strong writing and editing skills in both English and Spanish are required. Spanish proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process.
• Experience with early-learning standards such as Head Start ELOF, Common Core, or state PreK frameworks.
• Comfort using data and learner feedback to evaluate and improve content.
• Comfort learning technical systems and working with structured content, including JSON and SQL or willingness to learn them.
• Strong collaboration, project-management, organizational, and cross-cultural competency skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with early childhood assessment, including item development, administration, or play-testing.
