CRE Portfolio Manager II (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Evaluate and mitigate business risks while servicing, deepening, and retaining customer relationships.
• Own credit quality, risk ratings, underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing-base reviews, criticized loans, and specialized reporting.
• Prepare written credit analyses, present proposed credit actions to the Senior Loan Committee, and conduct portfolio reviews with senior management.
• Support loan closings, identify portfolio trends and opportunities, and mentor Credit Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with commercial credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio administration, and risk monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Regional Commercial Management, and Regional Credit Officers.
• Ability to prioritize work, present credit actions, and maintain knowledge of market and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of commercial cross-sell products, including foreign exchange, commodities, interest rate derivatives, treasury management, and commercial cards.
• Experience with CLOS, PMTS, MAX, CARS, Microsoft Office Suite, RETS, and AFS.
