Senior Procurement Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote North Carolina; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing and category management strategies.
• Manage the supply portfolio and maintain transparency of spending.
• Reconcile vendor purchases with invoices and validate pricing and contract compliance.
• Negotiate with vendors and pharmaceutical companies on purchasing, sales, margins, and promotional opportunities.
• Develop and execute sourcing programs aligned with business priorities.
• Report to an Associate Director while working as an individual contributor and influencing department strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or contracting.
• Previous experience with RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• Experience partnering with and presenting to leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and contribute as a team member or team lead.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Project management experience.
• Spend analytics and reporting experience.
