What you will do

• Lead global Business Intelligence procurement strategy across US and Global Marketing and Global Customer Capabilities.
• Advise commercialization stakeholders on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and category best practices.
• Build strategic partnerships and align category strategies with business priorities and go-to-market execution.
• Partner with suppliers to co-create innovative solutions that improve category value and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to quantify value, influence budgets, and support P&L decisions.
• Drive procurement-led initiatives, change management, governance, and measurable performance improvements across global matrixed teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• Doctorate degree plus 2 years, master’s degree plus 4 years, bachelor’s degree plus 6 years, associate’s degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of business partnering, marketing, or related experience.
• Experience in business intelligence procurement within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to lead and align global, matrixed teams across business units, functions, and geographies.

Nice to have

• Expertise in commercialization contracting frameworks or advanced sourcing excellence practices.
• MBA, equivalent advanced degree, or significant professional experience.
• Experience driving complex procurement transformations and supplier-enabled innovation.
