Senior Services Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $109,400–$258,500 per year, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and location. The role is also eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of business-unit supply chain strategy across competitiveness, growth, innovation, cost savings, resilience, agility, and sustainability.
• Represent end-to-end Supply Chain in innovation forums and develop feasible supply options for new products, packaging, claims, formats, and commercial plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, stage-gate governance, benefit validation, risk management, and handoff.
• Drive strategic cost savings and margin improvement initiatives, including business cases, financial treatment, implementation planning, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate inputs from Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, R&D, and business teams.
• Advance supply chain capabilities through best practices, shared learning, external benchmarks, and effective resource planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across more than one discipline, such as Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, or Logistics.
• Experience developing strategic and tactical options, influencing stakeholders from peers to senior executives, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, communicate clearly, and explain financial impacts and supply chain risks.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies, with flexibility to manage planned and unplanned work.
• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work in the Alpharetta office three days per week.
