Senior Sourcing Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office required.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex contract negotiations and structure solutions that meet client needs.
• Partner with Legal to draft, redline, validate, and maintain contract terms.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and implementation.
• Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier dynamics.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and track savings, compliance, renewals, amendments, and supplier performance.
• Present strategies, risks, recommendations, and negotiation updates to clients and executive-level stakeholders while facilitating consensus among physicians, clinicians, hospital leaders, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, contracting, healthcare supply chain, or a related field.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives with physicians, clinicians, hospital leadership, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Relevant education in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment, and willingness to travel.
