Manager Onboarding Operations (AI & Automation)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a regional team of Onboarding Operations Specialists.
• Own team performance, delivery quality, operational targets, service standards, and capacity planning.
• Handle complex onboarding escalations, coordinate cross-functional ownership, and resolve sensitive employee and customer issues.
• Use data to monitor quality, risk, capacity, and performance while recommending operational improvements.
• Identify, standardize, and automate onboarding workflows and lead responsible adoption of approved AI tools.
• Partner with operational excellence, data, and technical specialists to define requirements, test solutions, and scale sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated people-management experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Experience developing scalable processes while maintaining quality, compliance, and employee and customer experience.
• Understanding of employment or labour laws, benefits, payroll processes, and employment contracts across multiple countries, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management, operational judgement, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience using data, AI, and automation tools to improve productivity, quality, consistency, and operational performance.
• Fluent English is required. Fluency in an additional language is a bonus.
