Head of People Operations

What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle operationally, from offer to exit.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and serve as the single source of truth for employee data.
• Manage international contracts, salary changes, and benefits administration in partnership with Payroll.
• Build and manage a distributed team of local HR Generalists across Stockholm and New York.
• Design and document scalable SOPs to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure global compliance across working time, leave, and entity transitions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, including team leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling lifecycle processes and SOPs in high-growth international companies.
• Deep expertise in HRIS systems and data quality management.
• Strong grasp of multi-jurisdiction employment compliance across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm or New York.
