Lead Fullstack Engineer (Vue)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US; remote. Hybrid work is available for people in Ho Chi Minh City, while people outside Ho Chi Minh City can work remotely.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise insurance software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across frontend and backend architecture, technology selection, and development standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive user experiences.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability and flexibility.
• Lead code reviews, enforce quality and security practices, investigate bugs, and support regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including work on complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong backend experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Frontend proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js, plus experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices or clean architecture, Test-Driven Development, unit, integration and functional testing, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Knowledge of web security, compliance, performance optimization, cloud infrastructure, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration.
