Fullstack Developer (C#/.NET)

Location: Remote in Vietnam; Ho Chi Minh City

What you will do

• Build backend APIs and background workers with C#/.NET, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Hangfire, and MediatR.
• Develop member-facing and partner-facing portal features with Nuxt 3, Vue 3, Composition API, and Pinia.
• Contribute to the React and TypeScript LMS module using Redux Toolkit, React Router, and Vite.
• Implement integrations with storage services and external HR systems.
• Use AI coding tools to scaffold, refactor, review, and ship features across a multi-service codebase.
• Collaborate with product and design to turn compliance and legal requirements into usable product features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience and the ability to own features from database to browser.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or a similar strongly typed backend language, plus modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Vue or React and state management patterns such as Pinia, Vuex, or Redux.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB or another NoSQL database, as well as relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST API design, OAuth2/OIDC authentication, and background job processing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the judgment to critically review their output.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, Redis, or regulated and compliance-heavy domains.
• Experience with SCORM/LMS content or e-learning platforms.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture and white-labeling.
• Familiarity with Hangfire, MediatR, CQRS, or mediator patterns in .NET.
• Experience integrating AI or LLM features into products, including RAG or agentic workflows.
