Lead Full Stack Engineer (Vue)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, US; remote. Hybrid work is available for people in Ho Chi Minh City, while remote work is available outside Ho Chi Minh City.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise insurance software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end architecture, technology selection, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability.
• Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, investigate bugs, and maintain platform reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the adoption of modern technologies, security practices, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including experience leading complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Front-end proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices or clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience with testing, web security, performance optimization, cloud infrastructure, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration.
