What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of data management professionals.
• Direct complex data integration, data management, and software development projects.
• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain database solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Manage project planning, estimation, risks, stakeholders, client engagements, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee production database operations, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and scalable infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure secure handling of patient data and compliance with HIPAA and information security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading data management, business intelligence, or software development teams.
• 5+ years leading software or data management projects in healthcare management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with data management technologies, SQL, ETL, business intelligence, reporting, and cube development.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server database design, stored procedures, performance tuning, production debugging, and structured and unstructured data solutions.
• Experience with C# or VB.NET, T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Visual Studio Business Intelligence, requirements management, technical design, development, and deployment.
