TL;DR
Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Building and improving applications and services across the r2cOnline and 1link product ecosystem with an accent on backend development, reusable interfaces, automated testing, and reliable delivery. Focus on designing scalable services, improving CI/CD pipelines, integrating cloud platform engineering or agentic AI solutions, and solving complex problems within established architectural boundaries.
Location: Meriden, United Kingdom; assigned workspace in the Meriden office

What you will do
- Design, implement, test, and deploy high-quality software for the r2cOnline and 1link product ecosystem.
- Build reusable backend components and documented REST and SOAP interfaces.
- Break down complex problems into maintainable solutions within established architectural boundaries.
- Apply test-driven and behaviour-driven development, automated testing, code review, and reliable delivery practices.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for secure, repeatable deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and engineers while contributing to technical guidance, cloud platform engineering, or agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience in a SaaS-oriented environment.
- Strong backend experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, and Web API.
- Some frontend development experience with React, JavaScript ES6, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and approaches for storing and presenting complex data.
- Experience with agile delivery, source control, code review, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
- Clear technical communication, constructive problem solving, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure and exposure to AWS native services.
- Practical experience in cloud platform engineering, CI/CD engineering, or agentic AI solutions.
