What you will do
- Book cargo and arrange trucking when required.
- Send booking confirmations and delivery orders.
- Issue bills of lading and export declarations.
- Coordinate export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and routing details.
- Review customer requirements and letters of credit, reporting discrepancies and shipment delays.
- Communicate with customers, steamship agents, and truckers while opening, invoicing, and closing shipment files.
