Global Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end import and export freight shipments across a regional network, including intermodal movements.
• Monitor shipment quality, delivery timelines, exceptions, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate daily operations with carriers, vendors, customs, regional trade lane teams, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues, communicate proactively, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and support partner-operated shipments.
• Use data and operational tools to identify patterns and improve efficiency while controlling costs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Mandatory Spanish and fluent English.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, teamwork, relationship building, and ability to receive feedback.
• Technology- and AI-first mindset with a compliance-focused and client-service-oriented approach.
