Global Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end import and export freight shipments, including intermodal movements, within the regional network.
• Ensure shipments move on time, exceptions are handled proactively, and clients receive clear, timely communication.
• Coordinate daily operations with carriers, vendors, customs teams, terminals, trucking providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve client and shipment issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Manage priorities against internal KPIs and SLAs while following standard operating procedures.
• Use data and operational tools to identify patterns, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Mandatory Dutch or French and fluent English.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving ability, a client-service mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
• Technology- and AI-first mindset with a compliance-first approach in a regulated industry.
