Air Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and handle timely exception escalation.
• Coordinate with account management and planning teams on end-to-end export processes.
• Plan and execute special freight operations, including dangerous goods and refrigerated cargo.
• Support new business, process implementation, system improvements, and operational projects.
• Coach junior specialists and help develop procedures that improve quality, service, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
• Experience or knowledge in air freight is advantageous.
• Ability to support clients, carriers, subcontractors, terminals, trucking providers, and internal operational teams.
