Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration (Global Banking & Markets)

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, account opening workflows, trading account creation, and setup of additional trading features.
• Provide operational risk oversight, identify business risks, implement controls, and support accurate reporting.
• Partner with Compliance to define policies and controls supporting regulatory adherence and risk reduction.
• Work with engineering teams on system enhancements and global initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Review legal entity structures, collect due diligence documentation, and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer requirements.
• Maintain institutional client relationships, coordinate front-to-back trading setup, manage data quality, and escalate relationship risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the offered role or a related position.
• Two years of experience building relationships with internal and external clients and supporting trading strategies and client needs.
• Two years of experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects with global and cross-functional teams.
• One year of experience analyzing datasets with more than 10,000 lines and synthesizing key themes or action items.
• One year of experience configuring operational metrics using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, defensive design methods, or RPA robotics.
