Associate, Quality Assurance (Vendor Oversight)

What you will do

• Conduct quality reviews of vendor customer interactions, correspondence, account servicing activities, and operational processes.
• Monitor vendor compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards.
• Perform targeted reviews, transaction testing, account reviews, and quality control activities based on risks, trends, complaints, audits, and business priorities.
• Document findings, identify root causes, analyze vendor performance data, and prepare quality and compliance reports.
• Support vendor due diligence, documentation validation, ongoing monitoring, calibrations, business reviews, and governance meetings.
• Recommend process improvements and collaborate with Vendor Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, vendor oversight, compliance, risk management, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality monitoring methodologies, quality control practices, regulatory requirements, and consumer protection standards.
• Experience reviewing customer interactions, correspondence, or operational processes for quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and quality tracking systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, vendor management, collections, customer service, compliance, or operational risk.
• Experience monitoring third-party vendors, collections agencies, recovery vendors, or service providers.
• Familiarity with quality scorecards, call monitoring, transactional testing, audits, examinations, or regulatory reviews.
• Relevant certification in quality, compliance, risk management, or vendor oversight.
