What you will do

• Lead the enterprise configuration management practice, including CMDB strategy, governance, standards, policies, procedures, operating model, and roadmap execution.
• Oversee CMDB data quality, completeness, accuracy, reconciliation, relationship mapping, lifecycle management, and health metrics.
• Partner with ITSM process owners, service owners, infrastructure, application, security, audit, and asset management teams to define configuration items and dependencies.
• Provide trusted configuration data for incident, problem, change, release, asset, risk, audit, and service management processes.
• Manage reporting, dashboards, controls, compliance monitoring, attestations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while evaluating CMDB enhancements, integrations, discovery, service mapping, automation, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, configuration management, CMDB administration, IT asset management, infrastructure operations, or a related technology discipline.
• Experience leading process improvement or governance initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM processes, CMDB governance, data quality management, service mapping, discovery, and configuration item lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders, establish standards, analyze data quality trends, communicate technical concepts, and drive process adoption.
• Ability to work from the specified United States office location and meet the role’s in-person communication and office-environment requirements.

• ITIL Foundation certification.
