National Operations Manager, Commercial Risk

What you will do

• Develop and implement national operational standards and best practices for Commercial Risk servicing and support functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead workflow improvements that increase accuracy and productivity across regions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit standards, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and apply automation tools.
• Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure operational effectiveness.
• Lead operational integration during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in insurance brokerage operations, including Commercial Risk and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance workflows, compliance requirements, and agency management systems.
• Experience with national or multi-regional operational oversight and change management initiatives.
• Advanced operational knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
