Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: USA, GA, Ellabell, Distribution Center 1

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead daily receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Optimize warehouse workflows using SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES.
• Develop and maintain KPIs covering order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, cost per order, and labor productivity.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on automation solutions including AutoStore, T-sort, print-and-apply, and RFID.
• Lead supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates through coaching, development, and performance management.
• Drive safety, quality, regulatory compliance, Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8–13 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience with SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of pick-pack-ship fulfillment and high-volume, multi-SKU distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with system implementations, process design, automation projects, RFID, LPN tracking, and inventory accuracy.
• English proficiency required.
