Warehouse Team Lead

Location: On-site at hirify.global's warehouse facility in Somerset, New Jersey, United States. Full-time work requires standing, walking, lifting, and availability for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse shift briefings, task assignments, performance tracking, and issue escalation.
• Manage picking, staging, transfers, bulk processing, quality-control documentation, and work-order completion.
• Schedule cycle counts, reconcile inventory, and maintain brand-specific storage and location rules.
• Use SNAP for task assignments, inventory lookups, transfers, STRAs, BRP, and SPW transactions.
• Coach associates, conduct performance check-ins, support cross-training, and train staff on work-order and SNAP procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Control, Receiving, Transportation, and Procurement teams on operational issues and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, or frontline leader.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory transaction processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and accountability; PPE is required and provided.
• Ability to work on-site in Somerset, New Jersey, full-time, including shifts that may occur early in the morning, in the evening, or on weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with SNAP or a similar warehouse management system.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience in subscription-box, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
