Warehouse Coordinator (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Houston, TX; onsite warehouse role. Day shift.

Industrial manufacturing organization supporting production operations.

What you will do

• Coordinate warehouse, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Provide materials, supplies, and parts to production departments.
• Maintain warehouse safety, quality, housekeeping, and work instruction standards.
• Control inventory, stock transfers, restocking, and the placement of new inventory.
• Verify that warehouse orders are pulled with 100% accuracy and complete barcode-based documentation.
• Allocate staff and manage time to support efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including at least one year in warehouse and shipping/receiving operations.
• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Forklift certification and at least one year of forklift experience, including loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to QA, ISO, and warehouse work instructions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with physical and cycle counting methods, strong organization, initiative, communication, and deadline management skills.
