Audio Visual Manager

Location: Hybrid in Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas, United States; limited travel and occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work may be required.

What you will do

• Manage audio and video equipment for conference rooms, training rooms, and digital signage infrastructure.
• Create and maintain automated conference room and training room experiences using Crestron and other room automation technologies.
• Lead AV and infrastructure projects, providing technical direction, design support, consultation, and status reporting.
• Maintain system performance, plan upgrades and expansions, install patches, and perform critical changes after business hours.
• Manage incident resolution, system administration, compliance assessments, documentation, and operational support.
• Research technologies and vendors, negotiate upgrades and acquisitions, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Hybrid presence in Arlington or Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
• High school diploma and an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work or military experience.
• 5–7 years of audio and video management experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure design and management, networking, security, IT service management, and VLAN segmentation.
• Knowledge of Intel, IBM iSeries and pSeries platforms, TSM backup infrastructure, routing and switching, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSH, SSL, and the OSI model.
• Demonstrated project management, analytical, planning, communication, technical writing, vendor negotiation, and delegation skills.
