IT Manager

Location: In-office position based in New York City, NY, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Salary: Approximately $130,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the IT Service & Delivery Team and oversee helpdesk and service desk operations in Jira Service Management.
• Manage the end-user device lifecycle from procurement and deployment through redeployment and retirement.
• Administer the core SaaS application portfolio, including identity, access, onboarding, offboarding, and license management.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, vendor relationships, renewals, approved hardware standards, and budget tracking.
• Define and report service levels while reducing ticket volume through automation, self-service documentation, and root-cause fixes.
• Partner with Finance, Security, the CISO, and technology leaders on purchasing, governance, infrastructure strategy, and compliance.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of IT and business or industry experience.
• At least 5–7 years of leadership experience, including managing staff, cross-functional teams, projects, or senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, operational troubleshooting, and high-availability architecture across data centers or cloud environments.
• Experience managing strategic SaaS vendor relationships and developing technology infrastructure strategy and execution.
• Ability to identify automation, cost-saving, service-quality, and continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Google Workspace, AnyDesk, Intune, Atlassian, or JAMF.
