What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized branch experiences.
• Use banking technology, tools, and resources to educate customers and resolve problems.
• Follow risk-management policies and support accurate, efficient daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent education and related experience or product knowledge; comparable experience may be considered.
• Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the Longwood, Florida branch; this is an in-office position.
