Salary: $125,600–$209,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of small business loan and deposit relationships.
• Develop new banking relationships and service existing business banking clients.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend loan structures, and manage risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Work with branch partners to cross-sell cash management, merchant services, trade services, and other bank products.
• Build referral networks with accountants, attorneys, civic organizations, and other community contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong credit skills and the ability to analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
